FROM M62
Leave M62 at junction 20.
At roundabout take A627 (M) signposted for Rochdale.
At the lights turn left (A664 Edinburgh Way)
At 1st roundabout take 1st left exit for Castleton/Middleton.
At 2nd roundabout (Tesco) turn left into Silk Street which turns into Royle Road.
Turn first left then right into Lynroyle Way.
We are situated at the end on the right.
